About the opportunity
N26 wins customers with performance discipline but memorable brands arent built on performance alone.
Were looking for a brand activation manager who can fuse world-class storytelling with the speed and accountability of a growth marketing team. Youll architect launch moments sponsorships and social-first campaigns that widen the funnel and show up in the numbers.
In this role you will:
- Drive outsized campaigns for key launches that energise early adopters and developer communities in a social-first way
- Develop and evolve the brand narrative through channel plans that balance emotion and utility across 24 markets
- Own the full above the line media mix TV/CTV OOH audio sponsorships and negotiate every euro like its yours
- Craft content with internal creatives & freelance talent; rapid briefs rapid feedback rapid iteration
- Build measurement frameworks (lift studies MMM brand trackers) that tie every activation to CAC installs and revenue
- Collaborate across org to weave brand moments into product launches lifecycle journeys and community events
- Lead retrospectives; turn insight into playbooks not decks that gather dust
What you need to be successful:
- 8 years activating brands in performance-led organisations (fintech or B2C tech a plus)
- Hands-on experience buying offline media and running sponsorships that moved business metrics
- Proven record turning brand spend into installs sign-ups or revenue
- Fluency in social and community buildingInstagram TikTok YouTube Discord whatever comes next
- Crisp communicator who can influence designers data scientists and C-suite alike
- Fluent English; any additional European language is a bonus
