Ensures the efficiency and safety of operations while cultivating employee engagement.
Continuously improves the quality safety and efficiency of the fleet.
Develops leads and manages the execution of ALHHCs fleet plan.
Collaborates with the Executive team to develop short and long-term fleet management and maintenance plans.
Manages third-party service providers and internal stakeholders to execute maintenance schedules address accidents/damages develop fleet reports and ensure overall compliance.
Leads the organizations periodic fleet planning process in collaboration with regional leadership.
Collaborates with health and safety personnel and third-party service providers to improve employee safety.
Training: Assists with fleet training for staff stakeholders or external partners.
Budget: Preparing the yearly fleet budget.
Preferred experience in property management
College Certificate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or combination of education and experience
Experience in transportation/logistics management including experience with budgeting distribution reporting safety and quality.
Fluent in English French is considered an asset
Experience in Transportation Dangerous Goods (TDG)
Experiences in vendor management
Experience in property management and negotiations
Excellent computer literacy with Gmail Google Applications and logistics software
Outstanding analytical problem solving and organizational abilities
Experience in property management and negotiations. (preferred)
