Job Description

Senior Clinical Manager
Accountability Objectives: The Senior Clinical Manager is responsible for managing the assessment and service provisions for individuals served with their assigned region(s) The Senior Clinical Manager provides support and supervision to the Therapists and TBS/PSR Specialists within their assigned region(s).

Promoting the participation of the person served on an ongoing basis in discussion of his or her plans goals and status.
Advocating for the individual served when applicable
Consistently inform team members and other necessary employees of pertinent matters to ensure continuity of services.
Ensure all qualified applicants are interviewed and considered for open positions.
Ensure that all hiring disciplinary action and termination of employees is completed consistently and per company standards.
Ensure thorough and complete orientation of new employees.
Be accessible to employees for support and guidance.
Provide coaching and development of employees on an on-going basis.
Monitor employee development activities and ensure in-services are provided to meet the companys requirements.
Complete and conduct performance evaluations with employees on a timely basis.
Function as a role model and a company resource to assist employees and office personnel.
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with employees that facilitate positive morale mutual respect and an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
Provide clinical supervision to employees in assigned region(s) as appropriate by respective Board of Licensures.
Advise appropriate Human Resources personnel of any issues affecting employee morale or the working relationships within the management group.
PROCESS
Know and ensure implementation of all company policies and procedures.
Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client as appropriate.
Assist in the implementation of all applicable treatment models.
Coordination of the individual plans of individuals served as applicable.
Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the timely completion of client screenings.
Ensure comprehensive and succinct progress notes are completed for each client.
Ensure that the person served is oriented to his or her services.
Sharing information on how to access community resources relevant to client needs.
Communicating information regarding progress of the person served to the appropriate persons.
Facilitating the transition process including arrangements for follow-up services.
Involving the family or legal guardian when applicable or permitted.
Obtain clinical supervision from supervisor as necessary.
Identifying and addressing gaps in service provision.
Provide trainings as requested by manager for internaland external customers as well as other co-workers.
Complete other duties as assigned by management
PROFIT
Understand the impact of productivity and other costs associated directly or indirectly with the company.
Ensure establishes productivity standards are met or exceeded.
Ensure the efficient and effective use of supplies and resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
Ensure the submission of paperwork to the ViaQuest billing department as appropriate.
Monitor budget and review financial reports as assigned.
Assist direct reports in the planning and facilitation of company growth.
QUALITY
Adhere to all safety standards including but not limited to maintaining a safe work environment reporting any problems or concerns through the appropriate channels participating in company-sponsored safety-initiatives.
Provide ethical mental health treatment/counseling to every client either individually or in group forums.
Comply with ethical standards as per discipline.
Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. The Senior Clinical Manager must have a Bachelors degree in Social Work Professional Counseling or a related field. The Senior Clinical Manager must be responsible mature and flexible; must possess excellent decision-making time management and communication skills. The Senior Clinical Manager must be able to respond calmly to crisis situations; demonstrate the ability to direct others in a confident respectful manner and exercise good judgment in interactions with residents families employees peers and regulatory agency personnel. The Senior Clinical Manager must appropriately handle confidential information. The Senior Clinical Manager must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid state drivers license maintain full personal automobile insurance coverage and a driving record which allows candidate to be covered by the companys insurance policy.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Senior Clinical Manager directly supervises the Clinical Managers Therapists Therapy Team Leads TBS/PSR Specialists and Community Team Leads within their assigned region(s) and other positions as assigned.
Hours Worked: The Senior Clinical Managers schedule is typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours however; must be flexible to accommodate the various needs of the people served and the company.
