Your part in UnitingCare Hospitals
The Senior Manager of Clinical Coding and Documentation Improvement is responsible for leading the management governance and functions of the clinical coding and clinical documentation improvement operations of the UnitingCare Health hospitals in order to deliver UnitingCare Healths commitment to clinical and service excellence.
This role works collaboratively as a member of the Patient Revenue and Digital Health team and is accountable for ensuring the effective and efficient function of the UnitingCare Health clinical coding and clinical documentation improvement service initiatives and improving compliance to funding arrangements whilst optimizing revenue streams.
In addition to the core accountabilities this position will also lead the development of software transformation that supports modernisation of clinical coding through implementation of Computer Assisted or AI coding.
