  • Mail Management:Open sort and forward incoming mail to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Voicemail Handling: Forward voicemails to relevant team members and ensure timely responses.
  • Office Management Projects: Assist with various office management projects including organizing office supplies coordinating maintenance and supporting office events.
  • Virtual Audit Assistance: Provide support for virtual audits by organizing and preparing necessary documents and information.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and scheduling appointments.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and external contacts.
  • Opens and closes the corporate office and ensures the cleanliness and organization of all common areas
  • Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
  • Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality at work
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge and adherence of the companys policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining the required dress code and always ensuring a professional appearance and attitude
  • Any other tasks assigned
