Job Description
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: 17/02/2025
Application Deadline: 07/02/2025
Experience: No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Review analyze and moderate online content in German
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
- No previous experience required full training will be provided

We offer relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside Portugal:
- Relocation bonus of 2500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle

- For candidates within Portugal (100km from Lisbon): 1000 gross support
