As a Staffing Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading employers. Youll be responsible for sourcing screening and placing qualified candidates into temporary temp-to-hire and direct hire roles. This position requires strong interpersonal skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:
Source candidates through job boards referrals social media and local outreach.
Conduct phone screens interviews and skills assessments to match candidates to client needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent.
Client Relationship Management:
Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs job requirements and workplace culture.
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews offers and onboarding.
Provide exceptional service to clients by delivering timely updates and ensuring successful placements.
Administrative & Compliance Duties:
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Conduct background checks reference verifications and onboarding paperwork.
Workforce Management:
Follow up with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor attendance performance and turnover rates for assigned placements.
Assist with scheduling shift changes and other staffing logistics as needed.
