Youll post and screen for critical roles like General Manager Account Representative and Detailer/Lot Attendant ensuring we find top talent in a timely and efficient manner. Your work will shape the future of our company and we need someone whos ready to hit the ground running.
What Youll Do:
- Post & Screen with Precision: Craft and share job postings that grab attention then screen candidates with speed and accuracy to find the best fits for our General Manager Account Representative and Detailer/Lot Attendant roles.
- Chase the Best Talent: Persistence is key. Follow up with applications until youve secured the best candidates to present to hiring managers.
- Stay Organized: Juggle multiple roles and candidates while keeping everything on track with flawless organization.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Shine with clear professional and confident communication with candidates employees and executive leadership.
Experience Required:
- Recruitment Expertise: You must have at least 1 year of experience in high-volume high-stakes recruitment. This experience is critical to managing the fast pace and demands of recruiting for multiple key roles across the company.
