Job Description
As a Staff Physical Therapist youll play a key role in helping patients restore movement reduce pain and regain independence. Youll evaluate treat and create individualized care plans that reflect the latest in evidence-based practice. This position also serves as a clinical leader and mentor within the team supporting exceptional care and strong communication with patients and providers.

What Youll Be Doing:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
Supervise treatment delivery and communicate regularly with referring physicians.
Collaborate with the clinic director support staff and other therapists to ensure quality care.
Participate in student training and maintain documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
Manage referrals monitor supply needs and contribute to a safe and compliant clinic environment.
Serve as clinical lead when the Clinic Director is unavailable.
What were looking for:
Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of employment.
Strong understanding of patient evaluation techniques treatment protocols and equipment use.
Excellent communication clinical judgment and adaptability.
Ability to meet CEU requirements (30 hours biannually).
Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
