Who are we looking for
Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst Delivery System Program to join our team.
In this diverse role you will:
- Lead the analysis design and implementation of a new delivery system by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Align stakeholders optimise delivery workflows and ensure the successful deployment of a scalable user-centred system.
- Collaborate closely with an external UI/UX consultancy.
- Ensure the system meets business needs and user expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.
What would you bring to the team
- 810 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or solution delivery environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement with excellent communication across business technical and design teams.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise user stories and translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments including backlog management sprint planning and collaboration with Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps Confluence and Figma (nice to have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation taking ownership of tasks and driving progress with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective self-management.
- Proven experience collaborating with external UI/UX consultancies and applying user-centred design principles to system workflows.
