Job Title: Business Analyst Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimsCenter)

Overview:
Our client is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join their team each focused on a distinct Guidewire module:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and validate requirements.
- Work closely with Guidewire implementation teams to configure and customize PolicyCenter or ClaimsCenter as per business needs.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and documentation sessions to elicit requirements from business users.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams during design development and testing phases.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered system meets business needs.
- Support post-implementation activities and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Guidewire platform experience is mandatory with specialization in either:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on enterprise-level software implementations.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance workflows terminology and lifecycle.
- Experience in creating business process flows requirement documents use cases and user stories.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Office Suite and process modeling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with full-cycle Guidewire implementations or upgrades.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Certifications in Guidewire or Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA etc.) are a plus.
