Key Responsibility of the Role:

  • Support the Commercial team for primary & secondary research pertaining to industry specific information competition updates build & update industry specific lead data for international markets
  • Assist Commercial team with research for new pitches search for RFPs/tenders/EOI industry information competition updates building India based sector specific database
  • Support & manage existing client portfolio
  • Handle clients day to day operations
  • Support Commercial team for account planning of existing and new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity client communications and account status using CRM tools
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance
  • Other duties may include but are not limited to preparation of quotations purchase orders cost sheets timelines job briefs contact reports liaison with all internal and external stakeholders and overall account management.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to present ideas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of information
