Job Description

Overview:
The E-commerce Operations Head is a pivotal role within our organization responsible for overseeing the logistics strategy and of our online sales processes. This position encompasses the management of day-to-day operations ensuring that all functions align with the overall business goals and deliver optimal customer experiences. The E-commerce Operations Head collaborates with various departments such as marketing IT and customer service to drive efficiency and improve the online shopping experience. With the rapid growth of the digital marketplace this role is crucial in adapting to changing consumer behavior and leveraging technology effectively. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset leadership skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends to lead a dynamic team in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
