About this Role
As a Sales Planning and Order Management Intern you will support the Sales Planning & Order Management Lead in optimizing vehicle planning forecasting and order management processes.
This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating vehicle supply and demand working closely with commercial operational and global sales planning teams to contribute to strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Main project
- Develop a Data basis that supports the business requirements
- Assist in preparing and updating the monthly car flow plan from a logistics point of view.
- Support the Customer Operations Team with data entry and analysis
- Provide support for ad hoc reporting and data compilation
- Assist in developing and maintaining files and tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Power BI Qlik and database usage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Access) at an intermediate level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
