Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in healthcare management nursing or related field (Master s preferred).
- 5 years in sterile processing with leadership experience.
- CRCST or CSPDT required; CHL preferred.
- Strong leadership regulatory compliance and process improvement expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all central/sterile processing functions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop policies procedures and quality programs.
- Manage sterilization decontamination and distribution.
- Supervise staffing training and performance.
- Collaborate with surgical nursing and supply teams.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and safety.
