The Office of Student and Family Support (OSFS) is a critical student-centered resource within Creightons Division of Student Success and physically housed within The Success Center. Reporting to the Director of OSFS the Assistant Director primarily serves parents/families; assisting in the implementation of student success and family engagement retention strategies facilitates revenue through sponsorship management and drives Bluejay Family communication portfolio. The successful candidate must navigate conversations with students parents/families faculty and staff while operating under office protocol University policy and the Assistant Director supports student retention through data management 1:1 student appointments documentation and reporting of engagement metrics.
Occasional evening and weekend commitments are required.
