The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University Public Safety Department is currently seeking a Student Office Assistant for our Manchester Campus in the Public Safety Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the Phone
- Dispatching Officers over the radio
- Prioritizing calls based on urgency and importance.
- Completing call logs in Advocate Security Report System.
- Greet and assist visitors including students staff faculty and university guests.
- Pre-approving students for parking permits
- Helping students order parking permits
- Good customer service
- Taking Messages
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate Day program at SNHU
- Work Study as part of their financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills qualifications experience and internal equity in addition to relevant business considerations.Employment Type
