Employment Status: Part-time (20 hours/week). This is a Monday to Saturday location the successful candidate must be available to work a 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Member Service Advisor at our Airdrie Branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager your primary goal is to effectively respond to member inquiries by maintaining a high level of knowledge relating to our products and services manage traffic flow within the branch aid members and complete a variety of administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
More specifically the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and referral goals.
- Enthusiastically participate in and assist in the creation of corporate and branch campaigns and marketing/business development plans.
- Identify solicit and close sales opportunities; offer appropriate Servus products and services to members in response to stated needs as well as in response to clues indicating unstated needs.
- Build member confidence loyalty and trust through the delivery of superior personalized service and the referral or sale of customized financial solutions.
- Direct telephone and in branch traffic flow to ensure that member needs are met in a timely manner. Welcome members who arrive for appointments and manage branch calendar.
- Recognize and celebrate team successes.
- Work collaboratively to accomplish common goals.
Requirements
To qualify you must have customer service experience proven sales experience cash-handling experience and a high school diploma.
Although not required the following are valuable assets:
- Previous experience working with a Financial Institution
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
