Landscape Crew Member
Job Summary:
CityGreen Services is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member. As part of our crew you will have the opportunity to work in various outdoor settings creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients. This is a physically demanding role and requires individuals who are able to work well in a team and have a passion for outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with landscape installation and maintenance work including planting weeding pruning mulching and watering.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of landscaping equipment including mowers trimmers and hand tools.
- Safely loading and unloading materials and equipment onto company vehicles.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of job sites including disposing of debris and tools properly.
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions and perform strenuous tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and bending kneeling and squatting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction from supervisors.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
