Job Description
Job Title: Sr.Network & Software Solutions Architect
Duration: 7-8 months (Contract) W2
Location: Salem OR (Remote)
Note:THIS IS PART TIME 10-20 HOURS / ON CALL FOR 1040 HOURS
Job Description:
The selected candidate will support clients Transportation Data Section with high-level technical expertise focusing on software architecture application design data management and technical troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement logical software and database structures.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business and data requirements.
- Lead design and enhancement efforts for the Crash application.
- Analyze and integrate emerging technologies into the existing system landscape.
- Troubleshoot identify root causes and resolve system issues.
- Estimate task durations report progress and manage concurrent priorities.
- Develop and maintain code for web-based and client/server systems using SQL and related technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in relevant technical roles.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of Crash Data Management solutions.
- Proficiency in:Web technologiesClient/server architecturesSQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the Information System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Capable of requirements gathering management and performing code analysis.

- Proactive communicator
- Capable of working independently in an on-call part-time environment
