Position Summary
Gannon Universitys Dahlkemper School of Business ( DSB ) is currently seeking three Graduate Assistant for the Fall 2025/Spring 2026 semesters. Applicants must be an admitted graduate student who is actively pursuing their degree full time. This position includes remitted tuition benefits and a stipend. The work schedule is typically 10 hours per week. The appointment is for one year. Graduate Assistant reports to the Program Directors of the MBA -BA Online MBA and MHA and are a part of a team including a secretary and student employees who contribute assistance with the day-to-day work of the Business School. Graduate Assistant Job Description Marketing Efforts Organizing on-campus professional events (i.e. Speaker Series) Social media responsibilities including student highlights Assist in the identification and implementation of new or revised marketing initiatives DSB Support Activities Working with other graduate students to assist them in University processes Covering classes for undergraduate faculty members and/or administering undergraduate exams when necessary Supporting faculty research and activities Assessment Data Gathering and Analysis Support the assessment and preparation of the CAHME self-study Support the assessment of the MBA online Support the assessment of the MBA BANA Program Research Conducting curriculum research for the program Researching information for program changes Analyzing current program data Office Management Offering support for and filling in for DSB secretary Performing additional duties in all areas as assigned by the CEB Deans Office MBA and MHA Program Directors DSB Chairs School Secretary or other leadership NACE Competencies: Critical Thinking: Multi-task well in a fast-paced autonomous environment. Professionalism: Prioritize and complete tasks to accomplish organizational goals.
