MacKillop Education is a Catholic Specialist P-12 School that comprises of three school campuses; Geelong Maidstone and Caulfield. It caters for children and young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from mainstream education. The students referred to MacKilllop have a history and/or ongoing experience of trauma and their needs are complex and diverse; self-regulation is difficult for our students and this can result in challenging social and emotional behaviours.

Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to transform lives through learning Were looking for a Learning Diversity Teacher who brings heart innovation and expertise to the classroom and beyond.
In this vital role youll design and deliver engaging learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each student ensuring every learner has the opportunity to thrive. Whether youre leading a class or working one-on-one youll be creating a safe supportive and empowering environment where students can succeed academically socially and emotionally.
Youll work closely with our Learning & Teaching leaders to co-create trauma-informed responsive education programs tailored to students who have faced significant life challenges including trauma abuse or neglect. Your work will be instrumental in helping them reconnect with learning and reach their full potential.
Partnering with our passionate Wellbeing team youll also play a key role in supporting students to build confidence develop emotional resilience and enhance their social skills paving the way for lasting change in their educational journey and beyond.
