Role Purpose:
As a Tenant Contract Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer relationships aimed at preparing contracts. More specifically the role will be central in balancing the requests of tenants and the owners of the Shopping Centres under management
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing of the documentation delivered by the referent of the commercial negotiation (Commercial Department/Property/Finance Department) to the Tenant Contracts Office and subsequent analysis with the reference office of the essential elements on which the contract will be based.
- Preparing of the entire contractual dossier of the specific contract requested (business branch agreement / rental agreement / early termination of contracts / private amending of the existing contracts) and related attachments
- Negotiation of contractual drafts with the Tenant and the Lessor
- Preparing and sending the summons letters and formalities requested before the signing of the Contracts
- Scheduling and attending to the notarial signature by notaries indicated by the Lessor
Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree in Law or related field
- 2 or 3 years of experience in similar role in Real Estate and/or Property Management Company
- Well knowledge of negotiation and contractual terms
- Well command of English both written and spoken and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Proactive flexible and solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities;
