If youve got:
1 year of technical support experience (applications services or software)
Real-world Linux skills (logs diagnostics CLI magic)
Comfort with networking tools (ping ssh netstat etc.)
Knowledge of HTTP REST and web tech
Solid English (B1) because great support starts with clear communication
Bonus if youre fluent in Python Bash Git Jiraor know how containers work.

Keep Velexas trading software running like clockwork
Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues across our global client base
Automate the boring stuff and document the smart stuff
Collaborate across Jira Slack and email like a true team player
Work flexible shifts in a 24/5 worldwhere time zones never sleep
Shift schedule: Morning (8:00 - 17:00 GMT3) Day (12:00 - 21:00 GMT3) Afternoon (15:00 - 00:00 GMT3) or Night shifts (00:00 - 08:00 GMT3)
