Outbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote Start dates in July 2025.

The Role in a Nutshell
Youll be making outbound sales calls to current ex- and potential customers helping them choose the best insurance products for their appliances or devices. This is a remote role where resilience rapport-building and motivation are key to success.
If youre self-motivated great at building rapport and thrive in a remote environment this role is built for you.
Day to day you will be;
Calling customers with new products campaigns and offers
Helping customers decide on the best package for them
What experience do you need to apply
You will need a background in targeted sales preferably in a volume environment. This experience can be from selling on the phone or face to face. This does not need to have come from a regulated environment.

Role essentials
- Have a history working in a direct-to-customer sales environment of at least 12 months.
- A great attitude to customer service sales and working alongside a team.
- Have access to broadband and a place to work from home (you will be given all the equipment you need).
- Be able to work shifts with a finish time no later than 19:30 in the week and 17:30 on a Friday.

Recruitment Process
The whole process can move quite quickly depending on how responsive you are. Each does need you to pass the previous one but hopefully this gives you some reassurance on what is involved.

- 30 minute online assessment from client (30 mins)
- Interview with client (60 minutes)
