Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospects following up on leads and inquiries in coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Support BDMs in booking meetings preparing sales collateral and managing follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and create sales tracking spreadsheets
- Assist in the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns both digital and community-based
- Support event planning and logistics for local activations including wellness fairs and info sessions
- Engage in grassroots outreach to local community organizations senior centers and referral partners
- Run and distribute reports to monitor KPIs lead status and campaign performance
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from Sales & Marketing Manager or BDMs
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales marketing support or customer service roles
- Experience with outbound communications (phone email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Experience working in health care seniors services or home care is an asset
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (for community visits)
