Nurse Manager (RN)
Nurse Manager (RN) is needed in New Haven CT.

- The pay for this position is $95000 - $102000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Oversee clinical operations including scheduling billing and patient care
- Supervise RNs LPNs and medical support staff
- Provide leadership and clinical guidance to department staff
- Develop and monitor staff performance plans; address performance issues
- Assist with hiring training and onboarding of clinical staff
- Lead or support clinical projects and initiatives
- Ensure nursing services are integrated and staff schedules are followed
- Maintain quality standards compliance and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Connecticut
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ambulatory care experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in an ambulatory setting
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with program development and quality improvement
