Primary Purpose:
The Busser is responsible for clearing tables of dirty dishes and wiping down tables. Responsible for setting up tables for breakfast lunch and/or dinner. The Busser maintains a clean and organized area with clean china silver glassware utensils and linens. Also responsible for maintaining the ice bin and restocking.
Work Performed:
TheAssociate- Three Mealwill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Clear dirty table settings and preparetableforresetting;
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware linen andcondiments;
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness andcleanliness;
Assistservicestaff as necessary to service guests in a timelymanner;
Serve guests with beverages bread and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Preferred Prior Experience:
Six months of previous customer service restaurantand/or busser experience
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment
Preferred Technology:
Previous experience with Micros operating system
Physical:
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Other:
Flexible towork day early morning eveningnightweekend and holidayshifts
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
