We are currently looking for a Developer Assistant to join an international team based in Brussels Belgium for a long-term opportunity within a public sector project. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in software development who is looking to grow their skills while supporting senior developers and working in a dynamic collaborative environment. The position requires regular on-site presence (23 days per week) and is only open to EU citizen.
Tasks
- Support developers in all aspects related to software design and coding.
- Participate in development meetings and assist in drafting minutes.
- Become familiar with the projects codebase and progressively improve programming skills.
- Manage communication with other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Assist senior developers with both technical and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or similar.
- Java is mandatory for this specific project.
