Job Description
You will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department which is part of the Finance department. FP&As mission is to create enterprise value by pro-actively generating actionable insights to support strategic decision making while instilling a culture of accountability to business results throughout the organization.
As (Senior) Manager FP&A you play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the FP&A department while driving strategic improvements. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly management reporting (incl. Board of Directors and global MT) managing the annual budget process as well as quarterly forecast process and identifying and implementing process and system enhancements including the Oracle EPM implementation. Additionally the Senior Manager serves as a key advisor of Finance leadership (incl. VP FP&A) leading ad hoc projects and providing analytical support for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely management reports.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Manage the annual budget process including coordinating with various stakeholders within TVH consolidating budget submissions and preparing budget presentations.
Manage quarterly forecast process delivering accurate and insightful quarterly forecasts incorporating business insights and market trends.
Process & System Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate FP&A processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead efforts to implement and optimize FP&A systems including the Oracle EPM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation for FP&A processes and systems.
Strategic Support
Serve as a key advisor of the VP of FP&A and Finance leadership providing analytical support for strategic initiatives.
Lead or participate in ad hoc projects.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
Team Management & Development
Mentor and develop FP&A team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
Strong understanding of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Experience with financial planning systems preferably Oracle EPM.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling Excel and other financial software tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to business strategy development.
Experience in an international environment is a plus.
Sense of initiative and flexible attitude.
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
