A leading manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a seasoned Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple sites in Thailand. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about driving operational efficiency team development and modernizing warehouse processes using the latest technologies.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations:
- Warehousing & Distribution Drive excellence in inventory storage receiving kitting and shipping
- Operational Improvement: Identify gaps improve processes and adopt advanced technologies
- Team Leadership: Set objectives manage performance and support career development
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
- Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing space planning budgeting and long-term capacity forecasting.
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in warehouse/distribution management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within supply chain or logistics
- Strong knowledge of modern warehousing technologies statistical analysis and project management
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating across multiple sites and managing large teams
- Good command of English
