Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Mumbai Mira road
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 14 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements technical skills and team fit.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using an ATS or Excel sheets.
- Build a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings.
- Stay updated with market trends emerging technologies and recruitment best practices.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 12 years) as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
- Familiarity with technical terminology roles and tools (e.g. Java .NET SQL DevOps AWS etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for IT roles in a staffing agency or tech company.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
- Understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
