Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Mumbai Mira road

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 14 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements technical skills and team fit.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using an ATS or Excel sheets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings.
  • Stay updated with market trends emerging technologies and recruitment best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 12 years) as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology roles and tools (e.g. Java .NET SQL DevOps AWS etc.).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for IT roles in a staffing agency or tech company.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
  • Understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
