Job Description
We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Are you highly organized detail-oriented and passionate about supporting efficient purchasing operations The Buying Administrator will play a key role in the smooth procurement processes and supplier co-ordination
Your responsibilities:
- Support the buying team with administrative tasks including order processing and supplier communication.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders deliveries and stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Previous experience in an administrative or procurement support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- A full UK driving licence as some travel maybe required
