About the Role
We are seeking a motivated results-driven Outbound Conversion Specialist to join a fast-growing innovative marketing company dedicated to helping small businesses scale smarter and faster.

This role is all about driving action through high-volume outbound calls texts and emails to cold and warm leads. Youll be the vital link that helps business owners say yes to our productsa money-saving credit card processing service and a DIY CRM platform designed for effortless growth.

This is a remote full-time role offering a base salary plus uncapped monthly recurring commissions ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

For the Credit Card Processing Service:

  • Call and follow up with small business owners from email/SMS campaigns cold lists and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain how the service saves moneyfocusing on form submission rather than hard closes.
  • Guide prospects to complete the quick online savings form (23 minutes).
  • Track tag and manage leads in the CRM to ensure smooth approval completion.
  • Stay current on payment processing trends and pricing updates.

For the DIY CRM Platform:

  • Reach out to leads whove shown interest in the CRM platform and current customers who may benefit from CRM support.
  • Explain the products simplicity value and how to get started immediately.
  • Help prospects select the right plan and encourage immediate signupsno discovery calls required.
  • Follow up to answer questions and remove signup obstacles.

What Youre Great At

  • Speaking clearly confidently and persuasively on the phone.
  • Driving action and motivating prospects to complete forms and sign up.
  • Managing leads and pipelines efficiently within a CRM (experience with Go High Level is a big plus).
  • Writing concise effective follow-up messages that close deals without being pushy.
  • Working independently and consistently hitting activity and conversion goals.
  • Thriving in a dynamic fast-moving startup environment.

Must-Haves

  • 12 years of outbound sales or conversion experience.
  • Understanding of small business owners needs and pain points.
  • Comfort with technology: CRM systems texting platforms and email tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong self-motivation to earn recurring commissions based on results.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a solid phone/computer setup for remote work.
  • A C1 Level is a must-have for this position as you will be in a client-facing role
