Job Description
Job Title: Manager Operations
Location: Trichy
Salary: 20000 To 30000 Per Month
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or service delivery (experience in the certification industry preferred)
- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Engineering Management or a related discipline
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with ISO standards and certification procedures is an added advantage
- Lead and manage daily operational activities across multiple departments
- Ensure the efficient execution of audits client handling and documentation processe
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet service delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with company policies quality protocols and standard operating procedures
- Address and resolve client issues and operational escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and operational improvements
- Operational Excellence: Proven track record in managing end-to-end operational processes and improving efficiency
- Team Leadership: Ability to mentor motivate and lead a diverse team
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Tamil and English
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data identify trends and implement solutions
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing client and business needs
- Client Focus: Prior experience in managing client relationships understanding client requirements and delivering on service expectations
