Were on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Mobile Coordinator to join our growing Regional Leadership Team in the beautiful Gladstone region. This full-time permanent role is your chance to work across nine OSHC services supporting teams lifting quality and leading exciting programs all while helping shape the future of care in our region.
Youll work closely with our Regional Manager to:
Champion quality through SIPs and QIPs
Step into Responsible Person roles when needed (especially during school holidays)
Fill staffing gaps with confidence and consistency
Mentor teams and uplift inclusive practice
Drive innovation through pilot programs and extended learning opportunities
Keep services aligned with compliance policies and the NQF
About You:
Youre a confident flexible leader with a Diploma (or higher) in early childhood or OSHC. Youve run services before and understand what makes a team tick. You love sharing ideas supporting others and making programs even better. Most of all you care about quality connection and kids having fun.

Qualifications :
Diploma or higher-level qualification (or working towards) relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA.
