In the role of a Region Manager Home Loan Business Banker you will join the Home Lending Team thats doubling down on winning together.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead a committed team of Home Loan Business Bankers to provide home lending solutions for our Business Banking customers.
  • Improve speed to competency and sales proficiency whilst maintaining lender quality operational excellence and customer experience outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Banking Executives and Business Bankers to unlock opportunities.
  • Be responsible for overall management of Home Loan Business Bankers to meet business outcomes whilst maintaining compliance standards.
  • Partner with colleagues across the value chain to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • Extensive experience in business and/or retail banking with a proven track record in sales.
  • Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation.
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion to coach and uplift a team and individuals.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and the ability to communicate with influence.
