Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team of 50 persons in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundamentals MUST HAVE: Ensure the role of Business Manager on your client and prospect perimeter: account mapping understanding of issues industry trends and c-levels constraints collection of needs and specifications participation in appointments and follow-up of services at your clients.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels including networking cold calling and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT business solutions and consulting services. Lead the pre-sales activities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the Software/business Applications Finance or consulting industry in Luxembourg.

- Strong understanding of IT business solutions and consulting services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Understanding project management principles.
- Fluency in both English and French ; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
