Job Description
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Loss Prevention Agent to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our security team you will play a crucial role in protecting our assets preventing theft and maintaining a safe environment for our customers and employees.
- Monitor store activities through CCTV systems and physical patrols to detect and prevent theft fraud and other security breaches
- Conduct investigations into suspected shoplifting incidents and internal theft
- Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies and procedures
- Collaborate with store management to reduce inventory shrinkage and minimize losses
- Apprehend and process shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local laws
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train and educate store staff on loss prevention techniques and security protocols
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and identifying discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail security
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first responder assistance when necessary
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention retail security or related field
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and operation of security systems
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and retail security best practices
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail security
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is highly desirable
