We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Columbus team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing outstanding support to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain records of interactions and transactions using internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet individual and team performance metrics and goals
Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using computer systems and call center software
Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
