You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you a motivated organised individual with strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel We have a number of exciting and challenging roles available across the organisation in both Personal Assistant and Administration roles.
Successful candidates may be posted in any of the Transport Scotland Directorates supporting colleagues to deliver a variety of services both for the wider organisation and for the people of Scotland.
Our personal assistant roles will provide dedicated support to senior leaders in Transport Scotlandensuring that their diary actions and deadlines are prioritised co-ordinated and managed. Other roles are likely to entail administrative support to a larger team supporting particular functions and/or remits. All roles will require the post holders to have strong attention to detail excellent IT skills and be adaptable to change.
Transport Scotland have two positions available immediately but we will hold a reserve list of candidates for 12 months in order to fill any future A4 positions that may become available. Offers will be made in merit order and successful candidates will be given more details about their specific roles at the time of offer.

In the event of a large number of applications being received an initial sift will be held on the Lead Behaviour Communicating & Influencing.
Candidates who pass the initial sift will be progressed to a full sift where the remaining criteria and CV will be assessed with the successful candidates being invited to interview.

Working Pattern
Our standard hours are 35 hours per week. We offer a range of flexible and hybrid working options depending on the needs of the role. If you have specific questions about the role you are applying for please contact us.
Location
This post is based inGlasgow with hybrid working in line with current Transport Scotland policies. You will be expected to be office based twice per week pro rata.
