About the Opportunity:
Prepared and served nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and aged care standards.
Assisted with meal plating portion control and food presentation to ensure resident satisfaction.
Maintained cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and dining areas following HACCP guidelines.
Supported residents during mealtimes with compassion and patience promoting dignity and independence.
Monitored food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure safety and compliance.
Collaborated with kitchen staff and care teams to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:
Current Food Handling Certificate
Experience in working in the catering industry
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
