Job Description
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related technical field.
- 46 years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT support.
- IAT/IAM Level I certification (e.g. A Network or equivalent).
- Experience maintaining and supporting Linux and/or Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in system backup recovery patching and performance tuning.
- Experience with system software installation upgrades and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Azure.
- Ability to document system configurations troubleshooting procedures and change logs.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting secure federal or defense-related IT environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware Oracle VM) and containerization (e.g. Docker).
- Knowledge of STIGs RMF and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python).
- Exposure to capacity planning system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting interface management and data integrity in integrated systems.
