Job Description
ECI Management Group is looking for a Catering Manager for Food & Catering Services at UNT Dallas.
Job Duties include:
- Booking Events
- Communicating with Clients
- Setting up Events
- Tearing Down Events
Looking for individuals with the following skills:
- Great Communication (Verbal& Written)
- Personnel Management Experience
- Ability to Manage detailed processes
This is a Full Time position and hours can vary depending on Event times.
Salary based on Experience
Full Benefit-Package.

Currently ECI operates in five states with its base in Ft. Worth Texas. UNT Dallas is a small but growing University in North Dallas.
