Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and building lasting customer relationships

Global Track Warehouse Europe based in the heart of Dsseldorf is looking for a dedicated Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our ambitious and growing team. We are on an exciting journey to expand our presence across Europe with a particular focus on France and we are seeking motivated individuals to help us succeed in this mission.

In this versatile role you will be responsible for client management business development and customer support across Europe. You will work closely with our clients to strengthen long-term partnerships and support the success of our premium rubber track solutions for construction and agricultural machinery.

At the outset the position will be primarily focused on back-office tasks including sales coordination quote preparation and customer communication. However for the right candidate there will be opportunities to progress into a client-facing role with business travel as we expand.

At Global Track Warehouse Europe we value entrepreneurial thinking a dynamic working environment and a hands-on mentality. As part of an international manufacturing group we combine global expertise with a personal customer-focused approach.

Tasks

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to European clients.
  • Manage contract execution ensuring smooth and timely delivery of agreements.
  • Handle claims management working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction equipment agricultural machinery or vehicle technology is a strong asset
  • High level of independence self-motivation and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in French German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
