Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Data Entry Customer Service professional to support our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering client information into our systems maintaining data integrity and providing responsive customer support. Responsibilities
Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and software systems
Maintain and update customer records with a high level of accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve issues by clarifying customer needs and determining the cause of problems
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and ensure data consistency
Conduct routine quality checks and generate data reports as requested
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
