Job Summary
We can offer an excellent opportunity for a service-minded Estonian-speaking individual with previous experience of working with chat and email customer support.
The role is with an online casino which has been operational for 5 year but only now is about to open up in Estonia. As you will be the first Estonian-speaker with this casino it is extra important that your written skills in Estonian are grammar-police-worthy as they will rely on you to make some translations and review external translations in addition to supporting the incoming Estonian players.
The role pays 25-28K depending on experience. We would LOVE to finds someone who can commence work 2 September 2025!
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries in Estonian and English mainly via email and chat
- Offer accurate information and support regarding for example game functionalities promotions and technical issues
- Assess and assist with a friendly and efficient manner
- Document checks for KYC
- Cooperate closely with AML and RG departments
- Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in writing in Estonian
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Previous experience of working with support online
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset
- Responsible and reliable
- Team-worker!
About this role
- Salary from 25-28K per annum depending on your experience
- Rotating shifts all days of the week but no night shifts!
- Late shifts can be worked from home dayshifts from the office
- Office-based in Sliema Malta
- Company events fun ones!
Online support experience as listed above native level Estonian are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
