We are looking for Customer Care Specialist to join BYD. The successful candidates primary goal is to resolve all customer queries and ensure customers are satisfied with the companys service or products. The perfect candidate will have an aptitude for following policies have a confident communication manner and perform all tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.
Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Under the responsibility of the aftersales manager Finland the customer care specialist ensures the CX link with dealers within the NSC.
- He/ she will support the AS manager with implementing new structures processes and communication. Will manage the administration process of the complete BYD customer service structure and processes of the designated regions ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Create workflows to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor all market key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service such as response times customer care resolution times and customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Ensure compliance with European data protection rules and other legal regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams partners and different service providers to optimize customer communication data management and process flow
- Drive a customer-centric approach and deliver a unique customer experience and support that is seamless and effortless. Understand customer & market trends and anticipate customer expectations within BYD and its competitors.
- Provide data and reporting insights with internal stakeholders to improve the overall BYD customer experience and retention. Document customer updates through their journey using CRM platform with ensuring up-to-date clean data capture
Required skills qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills are required Chinese or other
- European language is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive work attitude analytical and problem-solving abilities strong in data analysis and providing effective improvement suggestions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) experience in assisting in developing and implementing improvement strategies for indicators.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-departmental teams and resolve internal communication and coordination issues.
