As we rapidly expand our presence in Singapore and across Southeast Asia we are seeking a dynamic HR Lead to build and scale our local talent operations ensuring we attract develop and retain top-tier AI professionals in a competitive market.

Role Overview

As the HR Lead for Singapore you will be the cornerstone of our people strategy responsible for establishing HR operations from the ground up. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution requiring deep expertise in Singapores talent landscape and labor regulations. You will partner closely with global leadership to align HR initiatives with our hyper-growth objectives while fostering a culture of innovation inclusion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore from sourcing to onboarding focusing on niche AI/tech roles.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Establish and optimize HR policies systems and processes compliant with Singapore labor laws (Employment Act CPF PDPA etc.).
  • Oversee payroll benefits administration and immigration/work pass processes.

3. Performance & Growth

  • Implement scalable performance management frameworks tailored to a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Design career development programs and learning initiatives to upskill teams in AI/emerging technologies.

4. Culture & Engagement

  • Champion our core values and cultivate a high-performance collaborative culture.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives (e.g. hackathons AI learning labs) to foster innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within high-growth tech/AI companies or multinationals.
  • Proven track record of scaling HR functions in Singapore including hiring for specialized technical roles.
  • Deep expertise in Singapore employment law compensation trends and work visa regulations.
  • Passion for AI/tech and understanding of technical talent profiles.
