Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotational Shifts (07:0022:00)

We are hiring French-speaking Content Moderators for a leading international social media platform (confidential client) in Lisbon. In this impactful role youll be the gatekeeper of digital spaces ensuring community safety and content compliance while protecting user experience.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Content Moderator youll be reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. This includes:
- Validating and investigating content in line with internal policies.
Reviewing sensitive media including nudity pornography violence human trafficking drug use bullying and similar.
Acting swiftly and mindfully to flag escalate or remove content that violates terms.
- Maintaining high levels of quality accuracy and speed with open-mindedness and resilience.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking candidates who bring a sharp eye a strong heart and a cool head:
- Fluent in French (C2 level) both written and spoken.
- Intermediate English (B2 level) to communicate with the team and internal tools.
- Content moderation experience is a plus but not mandatory we value potential and mindset.
- Analytical & logical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with psychological resilience and professionalism.
- A calm focused attitude under pressure and shift rotations.

Work Hours & Location
- On-site in Porto Salvo Lisbon a dynamic tech hub just outside the city.
- Monday to Friday 07:00 22:00 Rotative shifts
- Weekends off to recharge and restore.
